With a landscaping job secured, my dog Gruff and I made a new life for ourselves in the small town of Apple Falls.
The last thing I expected was the spunky young woman with endless curves who worked at the garden center I frequented.
Not only did she make my days brighter, she always cut me a deal on supplies.
Her big family intimidated a quiet guy like me, as did her vocal personality.
